This Privacy Policy describes how KOSEM ("we", "us", or "our") handles information in connection with the mobile application Emoji Slide Puzzle (the "App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to the terms described in this Privacy Policy.

Emoji Slide Puzzle is designed to work fully offline. The App does not require an internet connection to play, and it does not collect, transmit, store, or share any personally identifiable information (such as your name, email address, phone number, or location) to us or to any third party.

2. Data Stored On Your Device

The App stores certain gameplay data locally on your device only, using standard Android local storage (SharedPreferences). This includes information such as:

Your current level and experience points (XP)
Number of games played and won
Best completion times
App settings (such as sound on/off)

This data never leaves your device, is not accessible to us, and is automatically deleted if you uninstall the App or clear the App's data/storage from your device settings.

3. Permissions

The App does not request access to your camera, microphone, contacts, location, storage, or any other sensitive device permission. The App does not use the internet permission and therefore cannot send data over a network.

4. Advertising and Analytics

The current version of the App does not display advertisements and does not integrate any analytics, tracking, or advertising SDK (such as Google AdMob, Firebase Analytics, or similar services). If this changes in a future update, this Privacy Policy will be updated accordingly before that update is released, and the relevant third-party service's own privacy policy will be linked here.

5. Children's Privacy

The App does not knowingly collect any personal information from anyone, including children. Since no personal data is collected at all, the App may be used by users of any age in accordance with applicable app store guidelines.

6. Third-Party Services

The App does not share any information with third parties, because no information is collected or transmitted in the first place.

7. Data Security

Because all gameplay data is stored locally on your own device and never transmitted, there is no server-side storage of your information for us to secure. You are responsible for the physical and digital security of your own device.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time, for example to reflect new features or legal requirements. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
